Our work space

Here are some of the ways we have improved our work life and environment:

• refurbished our staff room and office areas to provide more space and comfort
• a new staff uniform provides a smarter look with greater comfort in all weathers
• an Employee Assistance Programme provides free confidential advice and support

As part of our on going environment watch we have:

• installed water-saving units in the gentlemen’s toilets
• recycled all office paper
• installed new hand dryers that use 83% less energy and dry hands twice as fast

As an Investor in People we have a working group that ensures the values are kept at the forefront of people's minds and to encourage their adoption on a day to day basis. We also use staff incentive schemes to reward and motivate employees.
