At Merlin, we understand the need for flexibility in these ever-changing times. That's why we offer our ticket guarantee, giving you peace of mind when booking your visit. Easily adjust your plans without any additional cost for all standard and multi-attraction bookings.

Here's what our ticket guarantee covers:

• Closure of the attraction you've booked
• UK Government travel restrictions
• Inability to travel due to illness or required isolation

You have the flexibility to change your ticket dates through our booking portal, as indicated on your e-ticket. You have the option to change your ticket dates to a comparable day within 90 days of the original booking, up to 3 times. Plus, for your convenience, you can modify your booking up to 1 hour before your scheduled arrival.

*Multi-attraction tickets remain valid for 90 days from the date of your first visit. Within this period, you can reschedule each attraction visit up to 3 times.

Please note, this guarantee applies to all standard and multi-attraction tickets but does not extend to premium tickets.
